Cast Resin Dry-Type Transformer is a type of dry-type transformer. Its magnetic circuit and windings are not immersed in insulating liquid but encapsulated with an epoxy resin mixture. With high operational reliability, its application scenarios are continuously expanding. Core features focus on safety, environmental protection, and low maintenance: it adopts an oil-free design, fundamentally eliminating fire hazards and environmental pollution risks caused by oil leakage; it is self-extinguishing with low fire risk, making it suitable for scenarios with high fire protection requirements; and it requires practically no daily maintenance, significantly reducing operational costs and labor input.

Capacity Range: Covers 100kVA – 10MVA, meeting diverse needs from small-to-medium power distribution to large-scale industrial electricity use. For example, specifications such as 2000kVA and 2500kVA can adapt to power distribution in industrial production lines and large commercial complexes.
Voltage Configuration: The typical voltage ratio is 11000/433V or 11000/415V, while supporting multiple output voltages including 220V, 380V, 110V, 440V, and 480V. The input voltage can cover medium-voltage levels such as 10kV, 22kV, and 35kV, with a voltage regulation range of ±2.5% or ±5%. Winding Material: Offers two options—aluminum windings and copper windings.
