Vehicle Mounted Transformer

Vehicle-Mounted Transformer

Product Overview

A mobile substation integrated on a semi-trailer, designed to meet special power demands. It features flexible deployment, functioning as a temporary, backup, or emergency power supply solution that can replace conventional substations partially or fully.

Key Configurations:

Primary Electrical Equipment: Includes 110kV power transformer (SF5000/110), neutral point grounding equipment, 110kV HGIS combined electrical apparatus, voltage transformers, zinc oxide arresters, and 35kV incoming/outgoing line cabinets.

Secondary Electrical Equipment: Equipped with power transformer protection measurement and control panels, monitoring/remote control cabinets, AC/DC power supply screens, battery screens, and precision multifunctional watches (0.2S/0.5 grade).

Auxiliary Equipment: Three-line six-axle semi-trailer (load capacity >75 tons, Class IV road passability), integrated cabin (with fire alarm, air conditioning, lighting), transportation status online monitoring (GPS, dash cam), and SF6 automatic gas charging/venting devices.

Certifications & Compliance: Meets IEC 60076 series standards; passes KEMA routine/type/special tests (2024); complies with EU directives (2014/30/EU, 2014/35/EU) and holds UL, ISO, CE, IEEE certifications.

Advantage

High Mobility & FlexibilityMounted on a semi-trailer with strong passability, enabling rapid transfer between sites. Suitable for temporary, emergency, or backup scenarios without fixed installation.

Comprehensive FunctionalityIntegrates primary/secondary electrical systems and auxiliary equipment. Supports remote control, monitoring, and protection functions to ensure stable power supply.

Reliable & Safe OperationEquipped with complete protection devices (lightning arresters, fuses, grounding equipment) and safety systems (fire alarm, emergency escape). Complies with strict international standards for safe operation.

Rapid Deployment Factory-integrated design reduces on-site commissioning time, allowing quick power restoration in emergency or temporary demand scenarios.

Application

Temporary Power Supply: Deployed in areas with rapid power demand growth exceeding planned construction, or as a temporary substitute when permanent substation construction is suspended.

Substation Maintenance/Expansion: Acts as a short-term replacement during equipment maintenance or expansion to avoid power outages.

Disaster Emergency Response: Restores power quickly after outages caused by natural disasters, weather, or external factors, minimizing disruption duration.

Special Scenarios: Supports construction sites, remote industrial areas, or temporary infrastructure projects requiring flexible power supply.
