Product Overview

A specialized enclosure for oil-immersed transformers, serving as the core carrier for internal components (core, windings) and insulating oil. It integrates protection, cooling, and sealing functions, directly affecting the transformer’s insulation performance, heat dissipation efficiency, and operational reliability.

Structural Design:

Welding Process: After assembling the tank edge, corrugated tank wall, and tank bottom, mixed gas automatic shielded welding is used—ensuring high welding quality, tightness, and resistance to oil leakage (critical for avoiding insulating oil contamination and environmental risks).

Cooling Structure: Adopts a corrugated tank wall design; corrugated sheets increase the heat dissipation surface area, enabling natural oil circulation (via convection) to dissipate heat. This design also features smooth oil return, no oil accumulation dead corners, and no easy oil stain buildup, while maintaining an aesthetic appearance.

Cleanliness Control: Targeting the complexity of the tank structure (many welds and dead corners) and strict internal cleanliness requirements (contamination directly impairs transformer electrical performance), advanced equipment such as fully automatic flushing, painting, plastic spraying, shot blasting is used to ensure internal purity.
